Mr.
Feulner graduated from Rollins College with a B.A. in Organizational Behavior and received his law degree from the Florida
State University College of Law. Mr. Feulner is the sole shareholder of his law practice, the Men's Divorce Law Firm, with
offices in the Orlando, Florida area. Mr. Feulner was previously associated for six years with an AV rated law firm, practicing
in the areas of labor & employment law and marital & family law. Prior to his law school graduation, Mr. Feulner served
as a judicial intern at the First District Court of Appeal for the Honorable Judge Stephan Mickle, now a federal court judge,
and clerked for the premier Tallahassee employment law firm of Marie Mattox, P.A.
Mr. Feulner has significant experience
in all aspects of employment law. He has litigated employment cases under the Florida Civil Rights Act, Title VII, the Americans
with Disabilities Act, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave
Act, and has handled whistle blower actions, employment-related torts, civil rights matters and employment contracts/severance
matters. Mr. Feulner is admitted to practice in the state courts of Florida, and has been admitted to practice in the U.S.
District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
Mr. Feulner is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Sections of the Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association,
and the National Employment Lawyers Association. He is a former Chairman of the Orange County Bar Association's
Labor and Employment Law Section. Mr. Feulner has lectured on employment law topics for the above organizations and for the
National Business Institute, the Institute for Paralegal Education and Lorman Seminars. Mr. Feulner also handles all
aspects of marital & family law and aggressively pursues cases involving the establishment of paternity and fathers’
rights. Mr. Feulner is a member of the Marital & Family Law Sections of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association,
and the Seminole County Bar Association.
Mr. Feulner has also been a committee chair for the Orange County Bar
Association, responsible for planning various events each year, including the Afternoon at the Courthouse seminar in the Ninth
Judicial Circuit of Florida for new attorneys and summer law clerks. Mr. Feulner has also served on the Board of Directors
of the Downtown Orlando YMCA and on the Transportation Advisory Board for the City of Maitland. A strong supporter of local
athletic programs, Mr. Feulner has held positions as legal counsel for the Florida Region of the United States Volleyball
Association, the Orlando Volleyball Academy, and Inland Volleyball Club.
